New look stage for the 2024 WOW Show

This year’s show – DREAM AWAKE – is about the journey between dreaming and waking, where imagination becomes real, and while we won’t share all the exciting new elements in store for you this year, we are thrilled to introduce you to our new triangular stage!  

Designed to evolve the show experience, as well as creating more garment entry points to the stage via two new ramps – the new shape unlocks an exciting new addition for our storeys-high AV set up.  

Production Designer Robin Rawstorne says these major changes to the set and how the performers move through the space will allow our guests the chance to get as close as possible to the garments to really appreciate the incredible detail that goes into each piece.

“We’ve taken the bold step of moving away from the familiar pointed shape of the set we have used for a number of years to the strong architectural shape of a prism, which allows us different options to work within the various sections, much like a flower opening up.”
